Died at the residence of her brother, Capt. CW Elmore, this city on Monday, April 24, 1874 after a four days illness, Miss Matilda Elmore, aged 61 years and 6 months. Disease inflammation of the stomach. The deceased was a member of the family of John Elmore, whose residence in this county dates back quite 50 years. - kbz
